Organization Orchestra Nexus
An operating system for a governed AI workforce.
We are building one place to coordinate AI workers, connect organizational knowledge, choose models and keep permissions, approvals and costs in view.

AI work needs an operating layer
Models and tools are only part of the system. Teams also need shared context, clear permissions, approval paths and a record of what happened. O2N brings those controls into the way AI work is organized and executed.
We started on 28 February 2026 with a practical question: how can AI do useful work across a company without losing control of data, decisions or cost?
One connected environment for AI work
O2N is designed to connect the people setting direction with the AI workers, knowledge and systems carrying it out.
DEVELOPMENT SCOPE
From a request to a governed result
Follow a workflow through the product we are building. Routine steps can proceed within policy; sensitive actions can wait for human approval.
ILLUSTRATIVE PRODUCT WORKFLOW
Our journey from design to real work
We are building O2N in stages: define the operating system, test it with real teams, then expand on evidence.

STARTED
O2N project begins.
Foundation
DOCUMENTED
Product architecture, business planning and connected user journeys define the system we are building.
Now
IN DEVELOPMENT
Turning the product design into a stable MVP.
October 2026–March 2027
PLANNED
Complete the MVP build, harden security and prepare supported deployment paths.
April 2027
PLANNED
Run a focused design-partner programme targeting five companies, with defined workflows and success measures.
May 2027
TARGET
Begin commercial availability, subject to pilot readiness and product validation.
June–December 2027
PLANNED
Improve onboarding, reliability and measurement while developing SMB adoption and partner conversations.
2028–2029
DIRECTION
Expand deployment choices, channel distribution and enterprise capabilities as demand is validated.
2029–2031
LONG TERM
Deepen outcomes and cross-environment operation; introduce a marketplace only when recurring demand supports it.
Future dates are targets and may change as we learn.
Help shape O2N around real work
We are preparing a focused pilot programme for technical teams that want to run a measurable AI workflow with clear controls. The first programme is planned around five design-partner companies.
01
Share your workflow
02
Agree scope and success measures
03
Test with controlled access and usage
04
Review results together
A request is not a confirmed pilot place. Scope, timing, credits and commercial terms will be agreed separately.
